Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full or partial refund. No-shows or cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund and will be charged.
For products purchased, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for returned products will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
